Questions for Confluence redirecting to "Page Not Found" when asking questions or answering pre-existing ones

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      Issue Summary

When asking a new question on Questions for Confluence the user is taken to a Page Not Found page:

The URL has the following URL:

      http(s)://<confluence-base-URL>/cq/

The same behavior happens when a user tries to answer a pre-existing question, but this time they're taken to the following URL:

      http(s)://<confluence-base-URL>/cq/flashId=<XXXXXX>

When refreshing the Space's questions after being taken to the Page Not Found screen we can confirm that the questions have been successfully created/answered.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Questions for Confluence v4.5.6 in your Confluence instance.
      2. Ask a new question and/or answer a pre-existing question.

      Expected Results

      • You're taken to the new question that you've just asked.
      • You're taken to the question you've just answered.

      Actual Results

You're taken to a Page Not Found page.
