Problems installing BIG plugins :)

Hi,

Our Theme Builder plugin now contains lots of icon resources in both GIF and PNG format - as a result, it's gone up to about 4MB total file size.

Our beta testers have often hit the max-packet size issue - is there any way that it can be increased by default to 4MB or is that setting something on the JVM?

When uploading large attachments, this issue doesn't seem to occur - it's only plugins that cause the problem.

Note: All the icons are optional - we just wanted to give clients more too choose from.
