Description
Issue Summary
From Confluence 8.5.3 version, the application logs are populating warnings related getWebResourcesWithoutCache
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Install any Confluence version post 8.5.3
- Restart the confluence application and check the atlassian-confluence.log
Expected Results
There shouldn't be any warnings during Confluence restart process
Actual Results
The below warnings is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file during Confluence restart process.
