Configurable permissions for Recent Changes

The Recent Changes box currently cannot be disabled. Hence it's impossible to create accounts who don't have information about who are the other users of the Confluence instance since everyone sees the recent changes of the user pages. Please make it possible to configure which groups can view the recent changes of the user pages.

I'd like to enable Confluence to be used as an "extranet" type solution where I can publish documents to groups of users who might not have access to information of the other groups.
