Page title rename doesn't change links that have tool tip

    Description

      If a page title is changed, the refracting process doesn't work on references that include a tool tip.

      For example when changing page name from say 'link' to 'link2'...

      Parent page has link Result after change Comment
      [link] [link2] ok
      [alias|link] [alias|link2] ok
      [|link|tooltip] [|link|tooltip] didn't refract - bad
      [alias|link|tooltip] [alias|link|tooltip] didn't refract - bad
