After upgrade when running Confluence on windows, permissions are lost on install folder..

Problem

During upgrade using installer in Windows, along with running chown on home folder, the install folder permissions are also affected.

Suggested Solution

During upgrade, the install folder permissions should not be changed or the user should be asked y/n questions on running chown on any of the folders.

Why This Is Important

Permissions like "enable inheritance" are lost post the upgrade while using the installer.

Workaround

Can use manual upgrade method to avoid this.
