Error 109 when opening PDF created at http://confluence.atlassian.com/spaces/exportspace.action?key=CONF20

When I create a PDF at http://confluence.atlassian.com/spaces/exportspace.action?key=CONF20, it generates error 109 when opened (Adobe Reader 7.0), whether opened directly, or saved to disk first.

There is some discussion at http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-3609 about this, but I'm not sure whether it applies in this case.

I don't have any problem with PDFs that I create via our internal Confluence instance.

In addition, I would like to know how this selectable export page was generated.
