Make the fact that {contentbylabel} truncates results more explicit

    Description

      By default, the

      {contentbylabel}

      macro only displays the first five matches that it finds. This confuses everyone who tries to use it.

      If there are un-seen results, there should be a "showing first 5 of 120 pages" text by the list.

      It may also be a good idea to add a (show all...) link which causes the page to be reloaded with a request parameter that causes the macro to display all results, but this might be expensive if there are a lot of pages (you'd want paging to kick in, which just gets nasty). Maybe if there's more than 100 pages, we should do (show first 100...) instead of (show all...)?
