Allow negation of label selection in blog-posts (and other?!) commands

There is the

macro with the "labels" parameter. That parameter allows to select posts having one or more labels, where the list of labels might either be AND'ed or OR'ed.

What I would like is to list all blog-posts NOT having any one of several labels, or NOT having all of several labels.

I suggest to extend the label selection syntax of the blog-posts macro to also allow for negation of the expression, or parts of the expression.

I also suggest to check, which other commands use a label selection syntax and to amend them accordingly.
