Browse Icon Mappings page: Sort table by the "Jira entity" name

      Using the 'JIRA Issues Icon Mappings' page (Browse Icon Mappings)
      the list of mappings seems to be unsorted.
      It should be sorted.

      It would be nice if we could click on the column headings to re-sort it by icon filename.
