6.13.9 EOL has been extended until the next LTS, but keep saying it will end on December 8th, 2020.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Confluence 6.13.9;
2. Confluence will pop a warning that its version is ending its life on December 8th 2020.

Expected Results

Confluence should update automatically if a version has its end of life date extended and not show any warnings.

Actual Results

Confluence displays warnings that its version will end its life shortly.
