No Parameters heading on the documentation for some macros

Summary

On a few of the documentation pages for Confluence macros, there is either no Parameters section, or there is one, but it's called Macro Display Options instead.

• HTML Macro - There's a note that says there are no Parameters, but it's not under a **Parameters heading, like some macros have even when there aren't any.
• Favorite Pages Macro - Same as above

• Page Index Macro - Same as above
