initial setup- Parse regex password policy + offer password on next page

When setting up crowd/confluence there is an option for password policy which includes a regex edit box. We managed to brick our installation by including slashes e.g. the begin and end of the regex. You should parse the regex on submission to avoid needing up. In addition on the next page when creating first admin user I suggest offer a random password based on the regex submitted from previous screen, just in case you have accidentallly submitted a stupid rule in your regex passpword policy.
