Add toggle flag when copying a page to include/exclude attachments

As an end user, I would like to be able to make copies of pages and only their content while not including some or all attachments on the page. I would like for there to be a modal/wizard during the copy operation (or maybe an advanced copy operation?) that allows me to designate what attachments to grab (images but not .ZIPs, for example).
