Guideline for DB temp space needed when performing confluence upgrade

Description

When the customer is having a large confluence instance and require more disk space for the DB temp folder to alter/update query when performing an upgrade. It will be better if we have a guideline or documentation on how to determine how many disk space is required for confluence when performing the upgrade depending on their instance usage.
