match-labels=all parameter in the blog posts macro is ignored

    Description

      According to the documentation: "To return the blog posts that match all of the specified labels, add match-labels=all as a parameter". But

      {blog-posts:labels=foo,bar|match-labels=all}

      displays posts that are labelled with either "foo" or "bar".
