Watch Mail View Changes link incorrect

    Description

      It looks like the View Changes link in the watch mail is incorrect, the specified versions which should be compared are incorrect.

      I can correct the link if I manually decrease the specifed version numbers...

      Latest version is 9, so if I subtract each version number by one, it works....
