Ability to select "issue created date" for JIRA calendars

      Would like to have Team Calendars be able to display issues in a JIRA calendar based on created date. Currently this is not selectable.

      I've gone and created a custom field in my JIRA project 'Created On' and made it required.

      I then can use jql (project = test AND created >= 2011-10-01 AND created <= 2012-10-31) and the custom field 'Created On' to get a calendar for my project showing how many issues were created for this project and when they were created. However, this does not allow me to create these calendars for historical data.

      I think it would be good if we can get Team Calendar to use the created field that is native to issues in JIRA to display from.
