Admin - Create a admin view to list all calendars

      As a admin, I would like to see a list of all team calendars, sorted by name

      List:
      calendar name (link to calendar view by month)

      1. of subscribers
      2. of events by type
        Calendar Owner/Creator
        Option to create a calendar or delete a current calendar
