Missing translation string for team calendars cache key index cache

      The team calendars cache "com.atlassian.confluence.extra.calendar3.calendarstore.generic.GenericLocalSubCalendarDataStore:cacheKeyIndex" is missing an english translation.

      This is breaking testNoCacheWithNoNames(com.atlassian.confluence.FlushCacheAcceptanceTest) in https://confluence-bamboo.internal.atlassian.com/browse/COD-CODAT-SERVER01-333/test/case/474788715 (when that test happens to run after teamcal uses this cache).
