TC JIRA issues not updated after backend JIRA DB summary updates

      We have updated the summaries of all our JIRA issues directly in the JIRA database. None of these changes come across to our JIRA issue event types in TC, even after refreshing and rebooting Confluence. We are looking for a way to programmatically force the refresh of these issues in TC please, or clear the caching out of the TC db somehow.
