Fullscreen button freezes IE and reports error in Firefox

If you go to the WYSIWIG editor and click on the editor maximize button it completely breaks. Basically it pops up a blank window that takes over the whole screen and can't be closed or minimized.........only killed.

In general testing on Windows I.E. 6 might need another run through.
