Thinking this was created through some oddness when cross posting the issue. Unable to duplicate, methods tried:
From inside an OnDemand instance I followed the link under admin to post a question to Answers.
From inside an OnDemand instance I created a support request and cross posted it to Answers.

I bumped up the priority and security level as the link shows the clients site address and some project they were working on.
See attached screenshots for this to make some sense. They are from FF 8, but in Chrome and Opera the button/link still shows up, just is not all scrambled.
