Onboarding page (welcome.action) configuration

Problem Definition

Currently, the screen of the onboarding page is not large enough to display long space names. The space display names are cut-off if it can't fit the current welcome screen size.

There is no instruction on the screen for new users on what they should select when they log in and they can't go further if they will not select a space to watch.

Suggested Solution

Provide a welcome screen that is large enough to contain long space name.
Provide the ability to configure welcome message or instructions to new users on what should they select.
