File Preview should be able to handle wide excel i.e. with many column

      Summary

      When we attach an Excel file which consists of many columns or is wide the file preview will break the preview and display it vertically by splitting it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach the file Mappe1.xlsx to a Confluence page by dragging and dropping in the page editor
      2. Save the page
      3. Preview the file

      Now compare the content of the file when opening in the preview and the original file content

      Suggested Solution

      We can have a horizontal scroll bar in the preview and display the preview correctly without splitting the original content.

      Workaround

      Download the file and preview.
