      Problem Definition

      This improvement request is related to bug CONF-39539.
      As of now, file conversion process for file preview will only be triggered once the user tried to preview the file. Depending on the document that needs to be converted itself, on the first attempt to preview the file, this feature then would not work correctly as the file conversion process has not been completed (users are only allowed to download the attached document).

      Suggested Solution

      To trigger the file conversion process when the file is attached to the page itself instead of on the first file preview attempt.
