Make labels case-sensitive in Confluence just like in JIRA (or sync labels altogether)

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Confluence converts labels to lower-case, while JIRA maintains the original case of the label as it was entered.

E.g. in JIRA I have 'DevOps', 'DoD', ... and in Confluence this becomes 'devops', 'dod', etc.

      • Would be nice if Confluence would act similar to JIRA and keep the case I specify.
      • Would be great if there was a way to synchronise labels between JIRA and Confluence so one does not have to enter them twice (synchronization on/off could be a config setting)
