Linking to page's files within a comment

Currently, when you are adding a comment and try to link to an attachment - you get "No files attached to this page". I understand why this occurs, but it's very unintuitive! Really, we should scan the parent page somehow for attachments!

Also, using this dialog you currently can't link to attachments on another page.
