Import Word Document does not capture image Alt Text

      When importing a Word Doc that has images with alt text, the text is lost. The expected behavior is that the image alt text will be added into the wiki markup of the page as such: 

      !image.jpeg|alt=text!

      In Confluence 4.0+, it would instead be expected to show up in the XHTML source.
