Inline images should be links, so middle-clicking opens the image alone in a new tab

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Clicking on inline images now opens the image preview to show them with annotations. However, although they have a hand as their hover-cursor, they aren't currently links, so middle-clicking has no effect. I'd like it if they had an <a href= in there so I could launch the image (preferably, the image alone) in a new tab.
