Improve JIRA Issues Macro Formatting Options

We LOVE The Macro but it can make your Confluence Page Ugly!

Background
Teams who collect formal requirements and need to provide Change management need to be able to track the individual change of requirements. to meet this requirement, we are creating requirements in JIRA and inserting them in Confluence to provide the big picture.

For example, we have issues type for User Action, System Action, System Response and business Rules. we use these issue types to create the traditional Use Case requirements for compliance. Opposed to having text published in confluence the document is made up of JIRA issues inserted into the table. Teams complain that the issue ID and Status are distracting and the table view adds an unnecessary header.

Acceptance Criteria

1. When viewing a List of Issues, Allow the Table Header to be Hidden
2. When Viewing an individual issue, allow the all issue attributes to be hidden.
   1. Text would appear like inline comments
   2. Hovering over would show the issue details.
