At default, RSS Feed will only display recent created and updated contents but not the deleted ones.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new space (Let's say RSS Space).
2. Create a RSS Feed using the Feed Builder.
3. Subscribe to RSS Space via the RSS Feed.
4. Create a page (Let's say Page A) in the space.
5. Edit Page A in the space.
6. Delete Page A in the space.

Expected Behaviour

• RSS Feed should show all recent entries about Page A on RSS Space which includes created, updated and deleted content.

Actual Behaviour

• All recent created or updated entries of Page A will disappear from the RSS Feed when the page is removed from the space.
