People tab shows same person 6 times

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Adding users through jira and then giving access to confluence I am getting some people multiple times and others not appearing even with the flag ticked.
      The process for adding was to go into user management select the user. tick confluence access. I have also added them to a group.

      Could you advise.
