New way to find web links by their destination URLs

Problems:

• Vendor doc whose root URL changes
• The wiki URL is http://mywiki.domain.com, and someone puts http://mywiki in, the link still works (although it evades conversion to an internal link), searching for mywiki won't find these.

A couple of implementation ideas:

• Better search.
• A list of all web links for each space, alphabetized.

The first is better.
