Problem to @mention a specific User in Confluence OnDemand

      Hello dear support-team,

      we have one specific User who we can't @mention in Confluence onDemand. The user name is Dominik Knipprath.

      We also tried to rebuilt the Jira index, but this didn't solve the problem. In Confluence onDemand we do not have the possibillity to manually re-index.

      Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem?
