Livesearch - Create a mobile view for the live search macro

      For simplicity and to aid it's discoverability, we will just replace it with a message that says 'Open fly-out menu to search' inside the same grey lozenge that has the 'view desktop version' link at the moment.

      The icon should be changed to the 'hotdog' and clicking the lozenge should make the fly-out open.
