I would like to be able to print a hardcopy of an entire wiki, or even better select different pages/"chapters" of a wiki. This feature is in Wikipedia and is so useful for building "books" of knowledge on a specific topic.

I've looked through the documentation for our version of Atlassian Confluence (2.8.0) and have not found this feature.

I'm able to print pages separately, but creating a .pdf of entire wiki would be very, very useful for giving to customers (who can't access our internal servers) or just for archiving a hard copy.

A logical place to add this might be in the "tree view" portion of the administration page.
