At the moment we can create a page from a template, but there is no way of creating a 'skeleton' of pages. This would allow admins to create skeleton projects, which could then be filled in by the users.

For example, you might have a number of skeletons:

• Project1 skeleton
  • Home page
  • Meeting page - meetings template
  • Sales page - decision template
• Project2 skeleton
  • Home page
  • Etc
  • Etc
• Etc
