As a normal employee in my company, i would really like to have a place where I can share my ideas and they could be crowdsourced upwards to be made more visible. Kind of like a place to bring good ideas to management.

Confluence Questions is a great place when people have a question. But what if there is not even a question yet?

If you guys could do this it would be awesome!!!
