Web link that has pound (#) sign doesn't work.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page, and go to Insert > Link > Web Link
      2. Add the following URL: 
        http://fpt.companyname.se/main/#location=backlog_item_list&filterString=&PDUs[]=Department
      3. Save and try to go to the link.
      4. You won't be able to click.

      Workaround:

      Users can try using shorten links
