Insert-image-popup makes cursor position jump to top of text area

    Description

      After inserting an image in the textarea position currently denoted by the cursor I'm suddenly relocated to the top of the text area!

      This means that the user has to find their place of insertion manually - it's actively unhelpful for the user.
