If you move a page the 'content report' macro doesn't get updated

There is a spacekey parameter in the Content Report macro, and only pages from that space are included in the report. When you create a blueprint index page that uses the Content Report Macro, and then move the index page, the child pages may move with the page but the spacekey still points to the old space so it looks like all the pages have disappeared.
