Include the 'Expand macro' title in searchable content

      The 'Expand macro' allows the user to change the title from the default value of: 'Click here to expand...' to a customised message.

      Current Behaviour:
      If you search for the title in Confluence you will not return the page where the title occurs

      Improved Behaviour:
      If you search for the default or customised title used in the 'Expand macro', the related pages are displayed.
