Always make the first page of a space be the Home page

By default, to be able to create a page in a Confluence space, the space must have a Home page. However, if we delete its Home page and then try to add a page, Confluence throws a 'System Error'.

The error is confusing and doesn't help the customer to solve the problem. Since it's mandatory to have a Home page in a space to be able to create new pages, can't we always make sure that the first page of a space will be the Home page? Or, at least when you delete it from the space, have a 'Add' > 'Home Page' button.
