The children listing on the bottom of the page should sort the child pages alphabetically

      This was originally logged as https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-4878 and "fixed" by saying that there is a macro to do this.

      But
      a. it is impractical to add a macro to every page, and
      b. it is crazy that the order is not what any human would want
