Confluence throws exception when clicking Add Page with no space selected

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Ensure your user has no personal space and no favourite spaces
      • Click "Add Page"
      • Leave the template as "Start with a blank page"
      • Click "Next"
      • Boom! (See attachment)

      Expected behaviour:

      • Allow the user to create a page and prompt for a location
      • Disallow by some method more friendly than throwing an exception

      This was tested on http://confluence.atlassian.com which is currently running 4.3.
