Display image attachment in recently updated instead of just a link to the attachment

      When a user adds an image attachment to a page or set a profile picture, these pictures are just displayed as a link (to the attachment or personal space respectively). Example, the profile of a user is basically a recently-updated macro of the user:

      It would be nice if the pictures are displayed (eg. as a thumbnail) in addition to the link, for better user experience.
