Editor Preview doesn't expand to show complete content in Easy Reader Theme on IE7

Steps to Repro:

1. Create a new space and choose the Easy Reader Theme.
2. Using IE7 create a new page within the space with a good amount of dummy content.
3. Click the Preview tab to view a preview of your page.

Expected:
The preview of the page will expand to show all of the content contained on the page.

Actual:
The preview fails to show all of the content, instead cutting off the page.
