External logout page configuration and linking

      Is there a way to link a logout page like JIRA (seraph-config.xml)? I've tried adding the same params as the JIRA seraph-config.xml and that does not work.

      Also on the logout topic (channing) I'd like to make sure confluence logs itself out before calling my logout url.
