      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      I would like the ability to generate a cover sheet upon pdf export on a page-by-page basis (rather than at the space level). A typical cover sheet might include: page title, space logo, "exported on" date, "exported by" info, page version info, page release status. The information displayed would have to conform to my organization's standard for appearance (e.g. logo in upper left, title in 20 pt caps, centered, etc.).
